Shipping/Postage Rates
The system will calculate the shipping rate at the end of the transaction but before you are asked to commit to the order. The rate is calculated based on the total weight/volume of the order.
Delivery to Scotland
Deliveries to Scotland are now in three charging zones.
Delivery to the following postcode areas are at the standard rate.
DD, DG, EH, FK, G, KA (except KA27 & KA28), KY, ML, TD, AB1 to AB16, AB21 to AB25, AB30, AB39, PA1 to PA19, PH1 to PH3.
Continue to select United Kingdom as the address Country Code.
Deliveries to AB31 to AB38, AB40 to AB56, KW1 to KW14, PA30 to PA38, PH4 to PH18, PH49 to PH50.
Select Scotland as your Country in the address book.

Deliveries to All IV, PH19 to PH44, PA20 to PA29, KA27 to KA28.
Select Scottish Highlands as your Country in the address book.
Click here to change in the address book.
For delivery to Scottish islands, NI and Europe please contact us. We are unable to ship outside Europe.
Unwanted or Unsuitable Items
If you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from us, you may return the product within 21 days of delivery for a refund. All products must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition (with any seals or wrapping unbroken). You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items to us.
Damaged Items
Please do not accept or sign for an order which is visibly damaged. If you receive an item which has been damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to provide a replacement as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that you receive an item which proves to be faulty we are happy to help. However, we do ask that you notify us of any problem within a reasonable period of time.
Items Received In Error
If you receive an item that you did not order, please notify us as soon as possible.
